Appetizer – Button mushrooms filled with carrot top pesto & sundried tomatoes
Starter – Beetroot Carpaccio served in a hug of garden greens topped with nutritious nuts
Main – Mediterranean Tian with a fresh summer risotto
Dessert – Apple roses in a sweet silky surprise sauce
