You’ll make these dishes:

  • Blini Russky with Atlantic salmon, crème fraiche, caviar & dille
  • Millefeuille of catfish, coquille Saint-Jaques and grilled pepper, with layers of baby spinach and a crown of blanched samphire served on a mirror of beet-cream.
  • Venison steak coated with fresh thyme and cress in a red wine sauce with a caramelized boat of radicchio, leek cannelloni and celeriac puree
  • Ricotta-cheesecake with a touch of lemon, Bastogne pie crust, amarena cherries, served with toasted hazelnuts.
