You’ll make these dishes:

  • Appetizer: briouats: a crispy filo pastry parcel stuffed with fresh herb marinated feta filling
  • Starter: kabab semek: fish skewers in a chermoula-marinade fish skewers in a fresh herb green marinade with a fresh salad of tomato, cucumber, capsicum and lemon
  • Main course: Tajine dajaj L’hamad merked zitoun: Maroccan stew of chicken with olives and potted lemons & Tajine rhenemi barkouk maassel Slada jazar bourtoukal: Maroccan stwe of lamb and prunes with a carrot-orange salad. A very traditional dish with an explosion of sweet, spicy and sour flavors.
  • Dessert: m’hencha, a pie of crispy filo pastry with a rich almond filling
